Return Process

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific warehouse shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original industrial packaging, including all manuals, tools, and components to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the hardware for any damage; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
